• The acupuncture or reflexology treatment requires no doctor’s referral

• Bronze benefit plan covers up to maximum sum insured per treatment during insurance period
• The treatment at psychologist requires doctor’s diagnosis and referral
• If more than 5 sessions are scheduled or anticipated, they need to be pre-approved by claims administrator

• Bronze benefit plan covers medically justified treatment by an authorised clinical dietician up to maximum sum insured per treatment per insurance period
• If more than 5 sessions are scheduled or anticipated, they need to be pre-approved by claims administrator.

• Bronze benefit plan covers up to up to maximum sum insured per insurance period with a relevant medical practitioner if you:

a) have a life-threatening or particularly serious disease or
b) are faced with the choice of receiving particularly risky treatment, which may be life-threatening or result in permanent

• Bronze benefit plan covers emergency trauma counselling up to up to maximum sum insured per insurance period if you have experienced an acute psychological crisis due to one of the following:
  • a sudden serious incident/ accident, where you have been in danger.
  • If you are subjected to a robbery, assault, violence or kidnapping.
  • Fire, explosion or burglary in your private residence or your own business (must be reported to the police).
  • If you are diagnosed with a life-threatening disease.
  • Death within your immediate family.
  • If a member of your immediate family is diagnosed with a life-threatening disease.
  • If you experience a family member’s or colleague’s sudden, unexpected death or sudden serious incident/accident.
